Accessories: Objects Made to Be Carried

Imminent Occurrence began with boots. Reaching production was a complicated, gradual process. We worked step by step to find the right people, understand what each workshop could do, and experiment with patterns, construction, and styles.

Garments came next. They allowed us to develop the wider IO silhouette while continuing the work behind the boots—testing leather, refining patterns, and learning how different makers translated an idea into a finished piece.

Then we found ourselves craving the chance to make still more things from leather. The accessories grew from that impulse: useful objects developed at a different scale while the boots and garments continued moving toward production. This experimentation became a dedicated Accessories collection, shaped by the same relationships, techniques, and material knowledge we developed along the way.

These are smaller objects, but they are not secondary ones. A belt changes the line of a garment. A wallet takes on the shape and history of its owner. A hat becomes more personal each time it is worn. A bag is handled, marked, filled, emptied, and carried until it becomes inseparable from the life around it.

The Aevum Belt

The Aevum Belt is cut from wide black leather and built around a substantial hammered metal buckle. A leather keeper and riveted attachment hold the hardware in place, while the pointed end is hot branded with the Imminent Occurrence script. Its name comes from the idea of age, lifetime, and duration—appropriate for an object intended to gain character rather than remain untouched. Each belt is finished to order and is available in three adjustable waist ranges, with custom lengths available by request.

The Memento Wallet

The Memento Wallet is a compact folding wallet made from our custom charcoal leather. Contrast perimeter stitching defines the form, while the IO mark is hot branded directly into the exterior. Inside, layered card slots and open compartments create a practical arrangement without adding unnecessary bulk. The name reflects what a wallet becomes over time: an object carried close, filled with fragments of everyday life.

The Fiddler Hat

The Fiddler Hat brings soft black leather to a compact worker-hat silhouette. Its low crown and short brim keep the shape direct and wearable, while the leather allows it to change naturally through use.

The Hígado Sling Bag

The Hígado Sling Bag sits close to the body with an irregular, utilitarian form and multiple compartments. It extends the same material language as our garments into an object made to be handled and carried every day.

The Branded Leather Tote

The Branded Leather Tote is simpler and more open: a practical leather carrier designed around material, proportion, and the marks that develop through handling.

Made in León

Every piece in the Accessories collection is made in León, Guanajuato, through the relationships we built while finding our way toward footwear and garment production. The collection gives us another way to work with leather at a human scale—using strong materials, direct construction, and forms that become more individual with time.
