The IO Engineer is a mid-calf pull-on boot built around the disciplined utility of classic engineer footwear. Double buckle straps, a rounded toe, and a grounded stacked heel create a durable profile without excess decoration.
Its custom black leather from local maker Benito uses a half-wax, half-oil finish designed to reveal grey and charcoal undertones through movement and wear. The surface will crease, soften, and record use rather than remain uniformly black.
Handmade with Goodyear welt construction, leather components, and stitched-and-nailed assembly for long-term repairability.
